My style of wedding photography is documentary, also known as photojournalistic, essentially it means that I'm there to document your day, as it is and as it happens – all the giggles, all the tears and everything in-between. I'm a big fan of getting in close, and you'll find me enjoying myself chatting away to guests and trying to be as much of a part of the day as possible. All so that so I can view it the way your loved ones do. You won't have to do anything cliché, to be honest, you won't find me asking you to do too much at all. I like to take you for a short portraits session at some point in the day, but aside from that, I just want to capture you having fun, interacting with your guests, and, most importantly, with each other!
Even though I offer documentary-style work, I do make time for some more formal images If you require. Still, I like to keep things short and sweet, so they don't eat into your candids/ actual celebrating time. Although these images are beautiful on parents' mantelpiece, at the end of the day, the photos you have of you interacting with your family members will be more treasured than the one where you're all looking at me.
Below is a selection of my work that I feel provides a good overview of my style. If you'd like to see some of my full weddings, please head over to my blog. Like what you see and want to know more? Then view my pricing page or get in touch to find out if i'm available.
