Lindos Greece Wedding

Beachfront party wedding, Lindos, Greece.

When Ruby and Adam contacted me about their plans to tie the knot in Lindos, Greece - a quaint, beautiful beachfront town nestled on the east side of the stunning island Rhodes, I couldn't resist but immediately say when? Tell me more, let me order some factor 50, and absoloutly YES!

Although Rhodes is known for being a bit of a party town, it only takes 45 minutes from the hustle and bustle to reach Lindos. This quintessentially Greek village sits watched over by its incredible clifftop acropolis, which features monumental 4th-century gates and reliefs from about 280 B.C. The town bustles with fantastic rooftop bars, eccentric clubs and gorgeous restaurants. The streets of Lindos are a maze of continuous, beautifully linen white buildings and older, more patinaed buildings; that contrast beautifully with all the gorgeous blues. Lindos is an incredible wedding location if you want to tie the knot in Greece.

There are so many sensational venues in Lindos to choose from for your big day; Ruby and Adam chose the luxurious Aquagrand Resort, found around a mile south of Lindos town. The Aquagrand Resort is an ideal choice if you're looking for a beachfront location, and I loved how the sky-blue Mediterranean waters glistened at all times, giving a wonderful blue backdrop to so much of the wedding day.

Nobody does a party quite like the Greeks, and it was clear Ruby and Adam were ready to harness this Hellene energy and excitement. I loved how Ruby and Adam included greek influence, such as the traditional greek dancing within their reception! So much fun. I love a good wedding party, and I always get involved. Ruby and Adam's wedding certainly did not disappoint! Everyone partied hard, and YAMAS was the word of the wedding. I loved my time away in Lindos capturing Ruby & Adam's wedding, and I would return in a heartbeat!
