Both working in creative fields—Amii in events and Tristian as a video game developer—the couple was focused on making sure their guests had an unforgettable experience. A standout feature of the reception was a Taskmaster-style challenge that had taken place in the lead-up to the wedding. All the guests had been involved, and instead of traditional speeches during the wedding breakfast, the couple played a video of the challenges between courses. The excitement built throughout the meal, and by the end, they awarded a prize—a wooden spoon—to the winner of their own version of Taskmaster. It was an unexpected twist and kept everyone laughing throughout.

For their wedding breakfast, Amii and Tristian took inspiration from one of their favourite stories, The Hobbit, serving a medieval-style feast.
